"For every  woman  who is tired of acting weak when she knows she is strong,

there is a man  who is tired of appearing strong when he feels vulnerable."

Gender Sensitising

Though we have come a long way, unhealthy perceptions of gender still exist. We are taught that a "real" man must dominate by being loud, and "strong". And that the "real" value of a woman is in how she looks. In this workshop, students engage with the ongoing conversations on patriarchy.

Good Touch, Bad Touch

According to the latest government figures a child is abused every 15 minutes in India. This one and a half hour workshop is available for elementary school and middle school. Through a series of fun activities and media presentations students are equipped with skills to identify and resist sexual abuse.

Adolescent Education

There is an increasing need for adolescents to have clear information and candid conversations with trusted adults on topics such as puberty, pornography, body image etc. Our adolescent education curriculum for 5th-8th graders can be covered in 15 sessions for each grade.

Therapy and Care for survivors of human trafficking

It has been a privilege to  partner with different rehabilitation homes for survivors. Over the years we've developed some great relationships and had the opportunity to see a few of the girls we've worked with come through into a place of healing.

Our programme offers individual counselling, life-skills workshops, and dance and art therapy workshops.

The effects Of an abusive society on women

A research study amongst adult survivors of sexual abuse and gender violence in India

What does an abusive society do to a woman? Does it effect her belief in herself? What kind of mindsets does she have to fight to see her dreams fulfilled? What does she need to overcome and how does she do this?

Most women in India experience some form of abuse in their lifetime. This research study seeks to discover how this effects them.
